The edit box displays a list of abbreviations
that reflect the options currently selected in the list box. The
abbreviations are the same as those you would use to specify the
options in a macro. You can make selections by directly editing
the text in the edit box: as soon as the edit box contains a valid
list, the selections in the list box will change accordingly. The
list displayed in the edit box will be added to the top of the history
list when you press Ok to execute the command. |
|
The list box shows all available options. You
can select any combination of options in the same way as you do
in Windows' File Open dialog. Click an item with the mouse to select
it and deselect all other items, Ctrl-click an item to toggle its
selection state without affecting other items. Use the arrow keys
to move the cursor and the space bar to de/select items. As you
select and deselect options, the text in the edit box changes automatically
to reflect your choices. |

Use the down arrow button to open the field's
drop down history list and reuse one of your most recently specified
values. |
