Toolbar shortcut to create a surface document

Press this button in order to create a new surface document in which to plot the surface variable(s) that are stored in the currently active scrollsheet. If you press the Shift key while clicking the button, dialogs are displayed so you can specify a name, color scheme and scale for the document.
