It can be downloaded and used free of charge provided that:

The download package is a self-expanding archive that contains the
program file Wtr32.exe plus any files and folders required for
online help and
tutorial. Wintrack is a 32-bit application which requires Windows
95/98 or later to run. It needs approximately 4.5 MB of free harddisk
space for installation and 4 MB of RAM (depending on use) to run. If
you have an older version of Wintrack installed on your computer, it
is recommended to remove it before installing the new one.

Some new functionality has been added to variable definition files. Event channels in case documents can now be edited interactively. Several bugs have been removed.

Trials can now be overlaid when viewing case documents. Because of this, the case document file format (WTR) had to be changed. Files generated by this new version may be unreadable for earlier program versions. New functionality has been added to custom variable definition files and to the program interface.

have new options. Variable definition expressions may contain log, square
root and arc sin transformations. Variable definition files can process
include files. Scrollsheets can also be opened and saved as comma separated
value format (CSV) and fixed column width text. The filter engine also
reconstructs scaled xy coordinates and supplemental data.
